Eerie Oklahoma is a paranormal research team based in Northwest Oklahoma.
Our goal is to conduct historical research of paranormal activity. We do not charge for our services.
Eerie's investigations are conducted using historical facts and scientific means are used to validate occurrences.
Eerie will investigate any business or residence and we have the utmost respect for confidentiality and will not release information about your location without your permission.
The historical aspect of purported hauntings is the area in which Eerie Oklahoma is most interested. We are also interested in Ghost Towns of Oklahoma, local ghost stories, folklore, superstitions, and urban legends.

We are not just another fly by night "as seen on TV ghost hunting" group. We've been at this a while and intend to be around after the craze dies down. We are involved in several things such as offering public investigations to teach people interested in what we do, community service, and historical preservation and research. We also team up with team GHOULI to host Oklahoma's Paracon - a conference that offers fascinating speakers, pertinent information to the field, and an opportunity to mingle and meet other people interested in the paranormal. We feel it is important to be active with other groups in the area and to share what we have learned. We welcome any questions!

EERIE EXCURSIONS

EERIE OKLAHOMA ADOPTS A CEMETERY TO TAKE CARE OF

There is a local cemetery out in the country that hasn't had a lot of attention over the years and is not in the best of shape. The people that own the land around it are the "cemetery association" and they see to it that it gets mowed, but there's a lot of work to be done. Eerie Oklahoma has taken on the task of trying to clean it up some. Since it's out in the country, a lot of people tend to party out there and vandalize it. We are hoping to curb some of that by keeping it picked up and having a presence out there so people know that it isn't abandoned. If you would like to know how you can help, please email us.

As part of Eerie Oklahoma's effort to preserve Oklahoma's history, Eerie Oklahoma and GHOULI have been working on a book of Oklahoma ghost stories, Urban Legends, and historical locations with strange or obscure history for the last several years and finally saw the fruits of their labor when the book was sent to the publisher in late 2008.

Ghostlahoma is the only book dedicated solely to Oklahoma ghost stories. The stories are told by the people that experienced them. From haunted hotels to disappearing hitch hikers, this book will thrill you and chill you as you read about Oklahoma's 100 years of haunted history.

We are currently working on a Ghostlahoma Travel Guide that will showcase public places you can visit to quench your thirst for your very own ghostly experience.

If you would like for your story or location to be included in a subsequent volume of Ghostlahoma, please submit it to us. We will review your story and contact you. We can't do it without your stories, so be sure to send them in!
